Thanks to generous donors and successful fundraising events, the RHF has recently been able to support the following:
Novii Monitor
Novii noninvasively detects the Fetal fECG and Maternal mECG rather than fetal heart rate through ultrasound doppler and a separate device for maternal heartrate.
The simple peel-and-stick design doesn't need to be repositioned once the initial signal is acquired.
Enables patients to walk or move to other upright positions which may help improve the effectiveness of contractions and reduce the length of labor.
Panda Warmer
Thanks to funding from the Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital Foundation, the Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital Birthing Center is using the Panda Warmer to help care for newborns and infants.

Lifesaving Equipment to Rhinelander FD
The Rhinelander Fire Department (RFD) has new life-saving technology thanks to a donation from the Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital Foundation.
The Foundation provided two modems for the Fire Department’s LifePak 15 Cardiac Monitors/Defibrillators and they allow the RFD to transmit 12-lead electrocardiograms (EKGs) obtained in the field to Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital or Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
With a nearly one-hour transport time from Rhinelander to Aspirus Wausau Hospital there is an increased need for accuracy.
The Rhinelander Fire Department responds to approximately 2,000 calls for service annually and EMS calls account for over 70% of the volume.
Rhinelander PD Body Cams
Board Members from the Rhinelander Hospital Foundation recently presented Rhinelander Police Department with a donation towards the department's purchase of the body camera system.
Reach Out and Read
Since July 2008, the Aspirus Rhinelander Pediatrics Department has been a part of the Reach Out and Read program. RHF helps suppport this program.
Reach Out and Read leverages the near-universal reach of the pediatric well-child visit, using children’s books and shared reading to support parents and caregivers in fostering early literacy and healthy relationships with their infants and young children.
